Emma cut her first tooth today. At almost 10 1/2 months old I thought she never was going to have teeth. Her bottom left gum has been swollen for over a month now, so it's about time. Her gums are still swollen, so it's hard to see, but there is definitely a little tooth through the skin and you can feel it too.
My niece didn't cut a tooth until after her first birthday; my sister-in-law was worried too! Just imagine though, a girl in one of my old wards said she couldn't nurse her son because he cut a bunch of teeth close together at about 3 or 4 months.
